dlivr ("we," "us," "our") is a delivery-consulting and product firm. This policy covers the dlivr.work website. Our product, Belay, has its own privacy terms at belay.team.
We only collect what you choose to give us. When you submit our contact or demo-request forms, we collect the name, email address, company/organization, and message you provide. We do not ask for, or intentionally collect, any sensitive personal information.
We use privacy-respecting, cookieless website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic — page views and general usage. This does not track you across other sites and does not build a personal profile.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations, and follow up about working together. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend). We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you — currently our hosting provider (Vercel) and email provider (Resend) — and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep inquiry-related information for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our correspondence, and no longer than necessary for those purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared by emailing hello@dlivr.work. You can also simply choose not to submit a form.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share, including transmitting the site over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
